Dahi Pada on Nandini Yogurt Pocket: Is this a show of BJP power over Kannadigas?

Knowing that the Kannadigas are opposed to the imposition of Hindi, it is wrong for the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India to order KMF to print Hindi 'Dahhi' on the packet of Nandini Probiotic Yogurt. Former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has expressed outrage that he cannot agree to this.

He has made a series of tweets about this and said that even though he knew that Kannadigas were against the imposition of Hindi, it was wrong for the Indian Food Safety and Quality Authority to order KMF to print the word 'dahi' in Hindi on the pocket of Nandini Probiotic Yogurt. He said he could not agree to this.

Kannadigas condemned Shah's statement. I was against it. The central government, which was silent then, now through the food safety authority has added the word 'Dahi' next to curd through the back door, giving a blow to the self-esteem of Kannadigas. He questioned if this is a show of power and strength of BJP on Kannadigas.

The gruesome conspiracy behind this is to hook Kannada and nibble on Hindi to undermine the entire Nandini ingredients. Then, they made up a story that Nandini's products are not selling and Natakvadi to save it said that this is just a ploy to easily merge Nandini with Amul.
